Hi, I’m Paul, the travel blogger behind Mr Plane Guy, flying light with a small carry-on and big plans.

Before blogging, I spent over 15 years working in aviation – first as long-haul cabin crew flying up to ten transatlantic trips a month, then later as a Performance Delay Manager at one of London’s busiest airports.

I even trained as a Flight Dispatcher.

I’ve lived the jet lag, the delays, the chaos and the magic, so when I talk about travel, it’s not theory. I’ve been there, on both sides of the terminal.
