In a move that feels very “budget airline villain origin story”, easyJet has launched a targeted offer aimed directly at British Airways Club members.
If you hold BA Bronze, Silver or Gold status, you can now get:

Dropping the price from £249 → £122
Under the campaign: “No more tiers anymore”
💳 What Is easyJet Plus (And Why This Matters)
Before we get carried away, let’s ground this.
The easyJet Plus card is not a traditional loyalty scheme like British Airways Club.
There are:

❌ No upgrades
❌ No lounge access
Instead, it’s a paid membership that gives you:
Large cabin bag included
Speedy boarding
Seat selection (including extra legroom)
Fast track security (selected airports)

This might be the first time a budget airline has made BA status feel… a bit overrated.

I love my easyJet Plus membership because I live between the UK and the Netherlands and fly easyJet 8–10 times per year, so I get amazing value from it.

At full price (£249), the value depends on how often you fly.
But at £122?
If you take just 3–4 return flights a year, you’re likely covering:

Meaning the membership can pay for itself VERY quickly.

Short answer: probably not fully… but maybe partially.

You’re fed up chasing tier points
You want predictable, no-fuss travel
👉 Stick with BA if:
You fly long-haul
You travel with a partner (BA benefits extend further)
You should also opt for the Priority Pass to complement easyJet Plus.
Priority Pass: The Smart Way Into Lounges
If you don’t have airline status, Priority Pass is one of the easiest ways to access airport lounges without flying Business Class.

Even 4–5 lounge visits per year can justify the cost, depending on the plan you choose.
