Hilton's Biggest Debit Card Offer Yet
If you've been looking for a travel debit card that rewards you beyond simply avoiding foreign transaction fees, Hilton has just launched its biggest UK welcome offer yet.
The Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card is now offering up to 50,000 Hilton Honors points for new cardholders, alongside instant Gold status and the opportunity to earn Elite Qualifying Nights through everyday spending.
For anyone who regularly stays at Hilton hotels or is looking for one of the best travel debit cards in the UK, it's easily one of the most generous promotions currently available.
Depending on how you redeem them, 50,000 Hilton Honors points can go a long way. I recently redeemed 40,000 Hilton Honors points for a free night at the Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow, saving almost £200 on an airport hotel before an early flight. If you'd like to see exactly what I got for my points, you can read my full Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal review.

What's Included?
For a limited time, new applicants can receive up to 50,000 Hilton Honors points.
The welcome bonus is made up of:
20,000 Hilton Honors points after your first eligible purchase.
A further 30,000 Hilton Honors points when you spend £2,500 in foreign currency within six months.
The promotion is currently available until 7 September 2026.
More Than Just a Welcome Bonus
The points are what grab the headlines, but they're only part of the story.
The Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card also includes:
Instant Hilton Honors Gold status
Hilton Honors points on eligible spending
Elite Qualifying Nights through spending
Lower foreign exchange fees than many high street debit cards
A debit card linked directly to your existing UK current account
Unlike a traditional credit card, you're simply spending your own money while earning hotel rewards.

Why This Could Be One of the Best Travel Debit Cards
Many travellers focus on airline miles.
Personally, I think hotel points can often be even more valuable.
Instead of paying hundreds of pounds for an overnight stay before an early flight, I've been using Hilton Honors points to reduce my hotel costs while still enjoying the benefits of Hilton Gold status.
That's where this card starts to make real financial sense.

My Experience Using the Hilton Honors Debit Card
I've been using the Hilton Honors Debit Card for several months, and it's already become one of my favourite travel products.
Most recently, I redeemed my Hilton Honors points for a free airport hotel at Heathrow before an early morning flight.
Instead of paying cash for an overnight stay, I used points I'd earned through my everyday spending. It meant I could wake up just minutes from the terminal, avoid an early morning drive and start my trip feeling much more relaxed.
It's a perfect example of why I like Hilton Honors so much.
You don't have to save your points for expensive luxury resorts. Sometimes using them for an airport hotel before an early flight delivers even better value.
I've also used my Hilton Honors Gold benefits during international trips, including a recent stay in Beijing, where the additional perks helped make the stay even better.

Hilton Gold Status Is Worth More Than You Think
The card includes instant Hilton Honors Gold status.
Depending on the hotel, benefits may include:
Complimentary breakfast or food and beverage credits
Room upgrades (subject to availability)
Bonus Hilton Honors points on every stay
Late check-out where available
If you stay with Hilton several times a year, these benefits alone can quickly add up.
Earn Elite Status Without Living in Hotels
One feature that makes this card stand out is the ability to earn Elite Qualifying Nights through spending.
Combined with your actual hotel stays, this can help you move towards Hilton Diamond status much faster than relying on hotel nights alone.
For frequent travellers, that's one of the biggest long-term advantages of the card.
Is It Worth Applying?
If you regularly stay with Hilton, I think this latest promotion makes the card far more attractive than ever before.
You're not just collecting points.
You're working towards:
Free hotel stays
Airport hotel nights
Hilton Gold status
Future Diamond status
Lower travel costs
That combination makes it one of the strongest travel debit card offers currently available in the UK.

Final Boarding Call
This is easily the strongest Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card promotion we've seen since the card launched.
For travellers who regularly stay at Hilton hotels, the combination of 50,000 Hilton Honors points, instant Gold status and the ability to earn Elite Qualifying Nights through everyday spending makes it one of the most compelling travel debit card offers currently available.
For me, one of the biggest benefits hasn't been a luxury resort. It's been using the points to book airport hotels before early flights. Saving money, reducing stress and starting a trip well rested is exactly the kind of value I look for from a travel loyalty programme.
If you're interested in making your travel budget go further, this is an offer well worth considering before it ends.
