Welcome to Oneworld Comfort
If you’ve ever flown through Amsterdam Schiphol, you know it’s chaos and charm in equal measure, one minute you’re dodging bicycles, the next you’re sipping Champagne before take-off.
But if you’re lucky enough to be flying with a oneworld airline, the Oneworld Business Class Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol (located in the non-Schengen area between Gates D and E, third floor) is the perfect escape from the terminal buzz.
Designed by Dutch studio D/Dock, this sleek, 473-square-metre lounge blends curved lines, calming blues, and a touch of pink to reflect Amsterdam’s famous canals. Think modern art museum meets first-class comfort, but without the snobbery.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light and provide panoramic views of the apron. Grab a cocktail, sink into a seat, and you’ll almost forget you’re in one of Europe’s busiest hubs.

Lounge Access & Who Gets In
The Oneworld Lounge Amsterdam is open daily from 05:00 – 22:00 for:
Oneworld Emerald & Sapphire members departing on a oneworld flight
First & Business Class passengers flying with any oneworld airline (including British Airways, Qatar Airways, Finnair, and Iberia)
Sadly, credit-card lounge passes won’t cut it here.
Style Meets Substance
From the second you walk in, the design impresses. It’s fresh, colourful, and unmistakably Amsterdam. Soft lighting, arched entrances, and art-inspired furnishings make it one of the most stylish oneworld lounges in Europe.
Food & Drink
Expect a decent hot buffet, pasta, meatballs, couscous salad, and even mini quiches, plus a bar serving wines, spirits, and proper coffee (a rare Schiphol treat).
Seating & Workspaces
There’s a mix of everything: cosy booths, armchairs overlooking the runway, and private areas for calls or laptop time. USB ports and sockets are everywhere, so you’ll never fight for a plug again.

The Aspire Connection
The lounge shares an entrance with the Aspire Lounge, which can cause a short queue at peak times, especially when both lounges hit capacity. But once inside, the oneworld area feels far more exclusive and polished.
If you’re flying economy or not on a oneworld airline, you can still enjoy a premium experience at Aspire Lounge Amsterdam Airport with Priority Pass, no elite status required.

I Always wanted to see this iconic clock at Amsterdam Schiphol!

Even after hundreds of lounge visits, it’s still my go-to. The 30% off deal makes it an easy win and it gets you into top-tier spaces like Clubrooms, No 1 Lounge, and Plaza Premium at Heathrow, because overpriced airport coffee tastes better when it’s free

A Few Final Approach Thoughts on oneworld Business Class Lounge Amsterdam Schiphol
Overall, the Oneworld Business Class Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol is one of the most impressive new Amsterdam airport lounges, stylish, practical, and unmistakably premium.
The only downside? Capacity control at the entrance and that shared access with Aspire. But once you’re inside, it’s pure serenity.
Cheers to stylish travels, smooth connections, and maybe a cheeky G&T before boarding. 🍸
