My Experience on the Secret Spots of Ibiza Tour

During my last trip to Ibiza, I managed to grab a place on the Secret Spots of Ibiza 4x4 Tour a small-group adventure exploring some of the island’s hidden beaches, viewpoints and secret swimming spots.

The tour lasts around four hours and takes place in a rugged Land Rover Defender, which makes it perfect for reaching parts of the island that most visitors never see.

Ibiza is famous for its nightlife, but many visitors are surprised to discover how many hidden beaches, scenic viewpoints and natural spots the island has beyond the clubs.

What I loved most about the experience was how much of Ibiza’s west coast we managed to see in such a short time. Within just a few hours we visited hidden coves, scenic viewpoints and even had time for a swim in the Mediterranean.

The highlight, however, was the final stop a short hike to an incredible viewpoint overlooking the legendary island of Es Vedrà, just in time for sunset.

It’s easily one of the most magical views in Ibiza.

Review of Secret Spots Tour of IBIZA

My Video of the Secret Spots Tour

Here’s a short video I filmed during the experience so you can see what the tour is actually like.

Don’t forget to follow for more travel tips and aviation reviews.

Is the Secret Spots Tour Worth It?

Honestly, yes.

Even if the tour only included the hike to the Es Vedrà viewpoint, it would already be worth it. But the experience includes far more hidden beaches, off-road drives, swimming stops and some fantastic views of Ibiza’s coastline.

The guide was also excellent and shared interesting stories about the island along the way.

If you want to explore Ibiza beyond the party scene, this is one of the best activities you can do on the island.

What To Bring

To enjoy the tour comfortably, I recommend bringing:

• trainers or comfortable shoes (for the hike)

• water

• sunglasses

• swimwear

• a towel

A small bag with a lock can also be useful if you plan to swim and leave your belongings on the beach.

Is the Hike Difficult?

Not at all.

The hike to the Es Vedrà viewpoint takes around 20 minutes and is fairly straightforward. There are a couple of slightly steep sections, but nothing too challenging.

If I managed it, you’ll be absolutely fine.

(Although I did see two Spanish guys do it in sandals… which I wouldn’t necessarily recommend.)

Who This Ibiza Tour Is Best For

This Secret Spots tour is ideal for:

• travellers who want to explore Ibiza beyond the nightlife

• visitors looking for hidden beaches and scenic viewpoints

• photographers hoping to capture Es Vedra at sunset

• travellers who enjoy small-group outdoor adventures

If you only have a few days in Ibiza, this tour is a great way to see some of the island’s most beautiful locations in a short amount of time.
