The Secret Spots of Ibiza Tour
Ibiza might be famous for its world-class nightclubs, but the island has another side that many visitors never see.
On my last trip to Ibiza, I joined the Secret Spots of Ibiza Tour, a 4-hour Land Rover adventure designed to uncover the island’s hidden beaches, scenic viewpoints and secret swimming spots.
It turned out to be one of the best ways to experience Ibiza beyond the party scene.
Watch my video of the tour here and don’t forget to follow for more Plane Honest travel tips.
This small-group tour takes you across the island in a 4x4 Land Rover, exploring some of Ibiza’s most beautiful and lesser-known locations.
Highlights include:
• discovering Ibiza’s hidden coves and beaches
• swimming in crystal-clear Mediterranean waters
• scenic off-road drives across the island
• visiting the legendary Es Vedrà viewpoint at sunset
If you want to see a different side of Ibiza, this tour is a brilliant way to do it.
Secret Spots of Ibiza Tour Details
Before booking, here are the key details about the experience.

Group size: Maximum 8 people
Languages: English, Spanish and French
Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour
Pickup locations include:
• Club Náutico Ibiza
• Eroski Ses Païses supermarket in San Antonio
The small group size makes the experience feel far more personal than many large island tours.
Secret Spots of Ibiza Tour Itinerary
The route varies slightly depending on weather and conditions, but most tours include several of Ibiza’s most beautiful hidden locations.
Stops typically include:
Cala Comte
A quick photo stop overlooking one of Ibiza’s most famous beaches.
Hidden swimming spot
A secret cove with crystal-clear water perfect for a Mediterranean swim.
Off-the-beaten-path viewpoint
One of the island’s lesser-known scenic locations.
Es Vedrà viewpoint
The highlight of the tour a short 20-minute guided hike to a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the legendary island of Es Vedrà. Watching the sunset here is unforgettable.

Other things to do in Ibiza besides clubbing!
Other Things To Do In Ibiza Besides Clubbing
Ibiza has far more to offer than just nightlife. If you're visiting the island for a few days, here are some of my favourite non-party activities.
Take the Ferry to Formentera
Just a short ferry ride from Ibiza lies Formentera, one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean.
With white sand beaches and crystal-clear water, it feels closer to the Caribbean than mainland Spain.
Rent a bike for around €10 per day and explore the island at your own pace.
Visit San Juan Village
For a completely different atmosphere, head to the small town of San Juan in the north of the island.
This charming village has a relaxed bohemian vibe and is famous for its hippie markets, artisan shops and local restaurants.
It’s a great place to experience the more authentic side of Ibiza.
Explore Ibiza Old Town (Dalt Vila)
Ibiza’s historic old town, Dalt Vila, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful places on the island.
Expect:
• winding cobblestone streets
• historic city walls
• panoramic harbour views
• charming cafés and small shops
Climb to the top of the fortress for one of the best views in Ibiza.

Relax at Cala Tarida
If you're looking for a quieter beach, Cala Tarida is one of Ibiza’s hidden gems.
The beach is known for its turquoise water and soft white sand, making it perfect for a relaxed afternoon swim away from the busiest tourist spots.
Discover the “Lost City of Atlantis”
Not far from the famous Es Vedrà viewpoint lies one of Ibiza’s most unusual locations.
Locals refer to this rocky coastline as the Lost City of Atlantis, thanks to the carved stone formations left behind from ancient quarrying.
The views here are incredible and it’s one of the island’s most unique landscapes.

Visit Las Salinas Natural Park
Another fascinating place to explore is Las Salinas, a protected natural park known for its salt flats, wetlands and sand dunes.
If you're lucky, you might even spot flamingos among the salt lagoons.

How To Find Cheap Flights to Ibiza
Ibiza can be surprisingly affordable to reach, especially if you know where to look.
One of the best tools I use to find cheap flights is Jack’s Flight Club, which alerts members whenever unusually cheap flight deals appear.
It’s how many travellers find return flights to Ibiza for under £50.
It’s easily one of the smartest ways to save money on flights.

Where To Stay in Ibiza
On my last trip, I stayed at the stylish Los Felices Hotel, one of Ibiza’s newest boutique hotels.
Located near San Antonio, it’s perfectly positioned between Ibiza Town and the airport.
Taxi times:
• Ibiza Town – around 20 minutes
• Airport – around 15 minutes
The design feels like Palm Springs meets Ibiza, with bright colours, retro styling and a relaxed atmosphere.

Flying to Ibiza
If you're flying from the UK, British Airways and other airlines operate regular flights to the island.

Final Boarding Call
Ibiza may be famous for its nightlife, but the island has so much more to offer.
From secret coves and dramatic viewpoints to historic towns and neighbouring islands like Formentera, there’s plenty to explore beyond the clubs.
If you want to see a different side of Ibiza, the Secret Spots of Ibiza Tour is one of the best ways to do it.
And if you manage to catch the sunset over Es Vedrà, you’ll quickly understand why Ibiza is one of the most magical islands in the Mediterranean.
