Before we dive in, if you’re paying full walk-in lounge prices in the UK, you’re usually overpaying.
With Priority Pass, access can work out from around £24 per visit depending on your membership and that includes over 1,800 airport lounges worldwide.
If you travel regularly from Jersey, this lounge alone can justify it.
Now let’s talk about the lounge itself.

Where Is the No1 Lounge Jersey Airport?
First things first, this is Jersey in the Channel Islands, not New Jersey in the USA.
Jersey Airport (JER) serves short-haul UK and European routes and is the island’s main airport.
The No1 Lounge is the primary premium airport lounge at Jersey Airport and is open to all passengers, regardless of airline or cabin class.

What Is the No1 Lounge at Jersey Airport Like?
When you hear “No1 Lounge,” expectations are usually solid and dependable.
Comfortable? Yes. Memorable? Not always.
This one surprised me.
The No1 lounge at Jersey Airport feels polished, calm and genuinely premium. Natural light floods the space, and the wide runway views instantly elevate the experience.
With parts of the terminal still mid-refurb, stepping into this airport lounge feels like switching from chaos to calm.
Design, Layout and Runway Views
This is one of the best-looking No1 lounges I’ve visited in the UK network.
You’ll find:
A generous open central space
Sofas and armchairs
Dining tables
Dedicated work desks
Quiet nooks
Airfield-facing seating with panoramic views
Greenery softens the space and gives it a relaxed feel. It doesn’t feel squeezed or over-capacity like some larger mainland airport lounge locations.
There are no shower facilities, but with Jersey operating primarily short-haul routes and minimal long layovers, it’s rarely needed.
Food and Drink at No1 Lounges
The food offering genuinely impressed me.
During my visit:
BBQ chicken wrap (excellent)
Hummus wrap
Chicken Caesar wraps
Tomato and feta pasta
Tomato soup
Salads
Donut bites
Mini muffins
Soft drink fountains are self-serve. Coffee stations are spread throughout the lounge. The bar staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely chatty, proper hospitality rather than scripted service.
My only disappointment?
Not a single Jersey Royal on the buffet.
For an island famous for them, that felt like a missed opportunity.
Overall, the food quality here is comfortably above average for a UK airport lounge.
Is It Better Than Other No1 Lounges?
Balance is important here.
I’ve genuinely enjoyed several No1 lounges across the UK:
Terminal 2 Heathrow, excellent feel and atmosphere, think swanky high end night club, though it lacks windows.
Terminal 3 Heathrow, spacious and consistently comfortable.
Gatwick North and South solid, reliable and consistent.
The No1 Lounge Jersey stands out because of its natural light and runway views. It feels calmer and more open than some busier mainland lounges. It’s not about being “better” it’s about atmosphere and this one has it.

Priority Pass Standard Plus: Ideal for Regular Jersey Travellers
If you fly from Jersey regularly, this lounge becomes even better value.
The Priority Pass Standard Plus plan is often the sweet spot:
10 FREE lounge visits included
£24 per additional visit
For most travellers, 10 visits easily covers:
A few holidays
Work trips
Early departures
Delays or connections
Once those visits are used, £24 per additional entry still undercuts typical walk-in lounge prices of £40–£60.
For regular Jersey flyers, this is a superb facility and using it properly delivers strong value.
Is the No1 Lounge Jersey Airport Worth It in 2026?
Yes.
For a regional airport lounge, this is a genuinely impressive space.
It feels:
Premium
Calm
Thoughtfully designed
Well staffed
The runway views elevate the experience, and the food offering is strong enough to justify skipping the departure area cafés.
If you’re flying from Jersey in the Channel Islands and want a quieter, more comfortable start to your trip, this is the best airport lounge option in the terminal.
Just next time… add a Jersey Royal and we’ll call it perfect
The Smartest Way Into Airport Lounges (Without Paying £48 at the Door)
Many Jersey flights originate from London Gatwick. If you’re starting your journey there without airline lounge access, Clubrooms is the premium option, but it starts from around £48 per visit. Flying twice this year? That’s nearly £100 just on lounge access!
With my reader discount, Priority Pass membership starts from £48 per year, and visits can work out from around £24 each. That’s where the maths changes.
Which Plan Makes Sense?
If you fly 2–5 times per year, Standard Plus (10 included visits) is usually the sweet spot.
You get:
10 visits included
Access to Clubrooms, No1, Aspire & more
Guest access at member rate
Most of my readers choose Standard Plus.
