There’s good news for weary travellers touching down at Heathrow Plaza Premium Lounge has officially reopened its Arrivals Lounge in Terminal 3, once again giving flyers a place to shower, recharge, and regroup before tackling London traffic or a connecting flight.
Previously operated by Delta (before the airline moved to Virgin Atlantic’s Revivals Lounge in 2017), the Heathrow Arrivals Lounge has been lightly refreshed with a clean, modern look. Expect updated seating, Tube-inspired banquettes, and fully refurbished shower suites that make post-flight recovery a breeze.

You’ll find the lounge outside Terminal 3, close to Plaza Premium’s Aerotel Heathrow and the main bus zone, just follow the taxi-rank signs. The space is compact but cleverly designed, split into two seating areas and home to seven brand-new shower rooms, perfect for a quick reset after a long-haul arrival.

Plane Tip: The Best Lounge in Heathrow T5?
After visiting every lounge in Terminal 5, my pick is still the Plaza Premium Lounge T5 spacious, stylish and open to anyone with Priority Pass.
The Club Aspire Lounge is another solid option if you prefer a quieter corner with showers.
See my full review of the Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow T5 and discover which one actually feels first-class.
Opening hours run 6 a.m. – 2 p.m, making it ideal for morning arrivals from Asia, the Middle East or the U.S.
Current walk-in pricing is £28 per person (introductory offer),
or £21 for a 30-minute shower session.
Standard rates are expected to rise to £36/£22.
At the moment, access is cash-only
Priority Pass, DragonPass, and Amex Platinum access are not yet available
Plane Tip: Save on Your Next Lounge Visit
While this arrivals space isn’t yet open to members, most other Plaza Premium lounges (including departures) do accept Priority Pass and right now, you can save 30% on annual Priority Pass membership through my exclusive link below.
It’s one of the easiest ways to make airports feel first-class for less especially if you’re a frequent Heathrow flyer who values a pre-flight Prosecco over a Pret queue.
It’s a solid stop if you simply need to freshen up before heading into London or your in transit through Heathrow.
