Heathrow Terminal 2 lounges include No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2, Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2, Lufthansa Lounge, Lufthansa Senator Lounge and Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge. Whether you're travelling with Priority Pass, flying Business Class or holding Star Alliance Gold status, this guide ranks every Heathrow Terminal 2 lounge and explains which are worth visiting.

It doesn’t have the glamour of Virgin Atlantic’s Clubhouse at Terminal 3. It doesn’t have British Airways First lounges at Terminal 5.

But honestly?

Terminal 2 quietly has some of the BEST and most underrated airport lounges at Heathrow.

Especially if:

  • you’re flying Star Alliance

  • using Priority Pass

  • travelling long-haul

  • trying to escape Heathrow gate chaos.

And after spending FAR too much of my life wandering Heathrow terminals with overpriced Pret sandwiches and delayed boarding announcements…

Here are the Heathrow Terminal 2 lounges genuinely worth your time in 2026.

👉 I ranked all of the Heathrow Airport lounges here:

Which Airlines Fly From Heathrow Terminal 2?

Heathrow Terminal 2 is mainly home to Star Alliance airlines, including:

  • Singapore Airlines

  • Lufthansa

  • United Airlines

  • Air Canada

  • Austrian Airlines

  • Swiss

  • Turkish Airlines

That already gives Terminal 2 a slightly calmer and more international feel compared to some other Heathrow terminals.

And importantly? The lounge options are actually pretty solid.

Best Heathrow Terminal 2 Lounge Overall

Honestly?

My favourite overall Heathrow Terminal 2 lounge is: No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

Number one lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

Not because it’s the fanciest.

Not because it has champagne bars or private cabanas. But because it actually gets the balance right:

  • comfortable

  • stylish

  • relaxed

  • accessible

  • genuinely enjoyable before a flight.

And honestly?

That matters more than pretending an airport lounge is a Dubai nightclub. No1 Lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 2 has ALSO been named World’s Leading Airport Lounge 2025 at the World Travel Awards!

No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2 Review

I genuinely really liked this lounge.

The whole space feels more: boutique hotel than: overcrowded airport waiting room.

The decor is darker and moodier than some Heathrow lounges, but I actually liked that. It felt calmer and more premium overall.

Food during my visit was surprisingly decent too, especially compared to some UK airport lounge buffet disasters I’ve experienced recently.

Drinks included:

  • beer

  • wine

  • spirits

  • coffee

  • soft drinks

Airport Lounges at Heathrow Terminal 2

Plane Tip: If you have Priority Pass, you can usually access No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2 without flying business class.

Honestly? Heathrow is one of the BEST UK airports for getting value from Priority Pass.

Especially once:

  • airport food prices

  • crowded seating

  • delayed flights

  • gate chaos

…start testing your patience.

Plaza Premium Lounge Review Heathrow Terminal 2

Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2 Review

Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2 is probably the strongest alternative to No1 Lounge in Terminal 2. And honestly? This lounge surprised me.

The buffet was much better than I expected, there was free sparkling wine included, and the whole lounge felt spacious enough to actually relax before boarding.

Plaza Premium T2 felt noticeably calmer than many Heathrow lounges.(Perhaps it was the free prosecco?) Overall, Plaza Premium T2 remains one of the best Priority Pass lounges at Heathrow.

Best Star Alliance Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

If you’re flying business or first class with Star Alliance airlines, Terminal 2 also has some genuinely impressive airline lounges.

Including:

  • Lufthansa Lounge

  • Lufthansa Senator Lounge

  • Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge

  • United Club

The Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge is probably the most premium overall experience in Terminal 2. But realistically?

Most travellers won’t access these lounges regularly.

Which is why lounges like:

  • No1 Lounge

  • Plaza Premium

…are much more useful for most Heathrow passengers.

Priority Pass Heathrow Airport

Which Heathrow Terminal 2 Lounge Is Best With Priority Pass?

Honestly?

It depends what matters most to you.

Best Overall Atmosphere: No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

Best Buffet: Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

Best Airline Lounge: Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge

Best For Long Layovers: Plaza Premium Lounge

Best Boutique Hotel Feel: No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

No 1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2

Is Heathrow Terminal 2 Better Than Other Heathrow Terminals?

For lounges? Possibly yes. Terminal 3 has the famous Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse.

Terminal 5 has British Airways dominance.

But Heathrow Terminal 2 probably offers the:

  • best overall consistency

  • calmest atmosphere

  • strongest mid-tier lounge options.

And importantly?

It generally feels less chaotic than Heathrow Terminal 3 during peak periods.

Is Priority Pass Worth It At Heathrow Terminal 2?

Honestly?

If you fly from Heathrow more than once or twice a year…probably yes.

Because Heathrow prices are brutal now.

A coffee, sandwich and drink can easily cost: £20–£30 per person.

Suddenly airport lounge access starts looking MUCH more reasonable.

And once you add:

  • quieter seating

  • charging points

  • included drinks

  • buffet food

  • less gate chaos

…the value becomes much easier to justify.

Getting To Heathrow Terminal 2

One of the biggest Heathrow mistakes people make is leaving transport planning until the last minute. If you’re travelling from central London, the:

Heathrow Express

Heathrow Express

is still the fastest option overall and if you book tickets around 30 days in advance

…you can often save a surprising amount compared to last-minute fares. From just £10!

Let's be honest, who actually remembers to book Heathrow Express 30 days in advance? But if you don't the ticket price jumps to £26 per person each way! (Oh you will set a reminder now?)

Heathrow Airport Parking

If you're driving to Heathrow, I recommend booking official Heathrow Airport parking in advance, which offers flexible cancellation up to two hours before travel.

Heathrow parking prices can become VERY expensive closer to departure.
